Hi, my name is Ehrike, but call me EHRI! TERMS OF SERVICE
PAYMENT
1. Payment is through Paypal in US dollars. I require at least 50/50 payment or the full amount in upfront. Other payment methods are negotiable depending on accessibility.
2. If you decide to cancel, which you can do at any time, I will refund the sent amount minus an amount of the work I've already done.PURPOSE
3. I will not produce hate art, suspiciously specific poses, hurtful and illegal content or iconography for known hate groups.
4. You may use my art for commercial purposes, but note that businesses will be charged 10% extra.
5. You may not use my art for NFTs, AI training data, or in any way that benefits a known hate group.TIME
6. Turnaround for my work is usually 1-2 weeks. Depending on the urgency or amount of current work I can do it on shorter time.7. If the delivery time due to any inconvenience takes longer than the stipulated time, the customer has the right to be reimbursed and to receive the artwork free of charge.
